The terms under which we provide digital marketing services.
These Terms constitute an agreement between Seo Innov LLC ("AgencyInnov", "we", "us") with principal offices at 117 S Lexington Street, STE 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, USA, and the individual or entity ("Client") purchasing services through agencyinnov.com.
AgencyInnov provides digital marketing and SEO services as described on our service pages. All services are delivered digitally. Specific deliverables, timelines, and revision terms are determined by the package selected at checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full before work commences. By completing checkout, you authorise the total amount shown at the time of purchase to be charged.
Work begins within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of a completed client brief. Specific delivery timelines vary by service and are confirmed at booking. We will notify you promptly of any delays.
Revision rounds are as specified in your package. Each revision round consists of consolidated written feedback and one revised document in response. Additional rounds may be purchased as add-ons.
The Client agrees to: provide a complete project brief within five business days of purchase; provide access to required tools and accounts as specified; provide timely feedback within five business days of receiving drafts or reports. Delays caused by the Client do not extend our delivery obligations.
Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of all final delivered work product. AgencyInnov retains the right to reference the engagement in portfolio and case study materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.
We treat all Client information and business data as confidential. NDAs are available on request at no additional charge.
AgencyInnov's maximum liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost revenue or business interruption.
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. We do guarantee documented work, transparent reporting, and campaigns built around data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cass County, Missouri.
