We aim to deliver work that meets the project brief as agreed at the start of every engagement. The revision process exists to ensure that outcome. If the work does not meet the agreed brief after revision rounds have been used, we will address it.

Email support@agencyinnov.com within 14 days of final delivery, including: your order reference number, a clear description of how the delivered work fails to meet the agreed brief, and relevant documentation. We respond within five business days.
Where only part of a multi-deliverable order fails to meet the agreed brief, a partial refund proportional to the affected component may be issued at our discretion.
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
